- Ensure required personnel, material, and equipment is available to support all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinates with trade foremen to assign proper supervision to each project along with knowledgeable and experienced trade workers as required.
- Reviews all job requirements to ensure that technical requirements can be met and proper personnel are readily available to accomplish requirements.
- Ensures that all material is requisitioned on a timely basis so that the production team can accomplish work in a timely, efficient manner.
- Will assist Program Management when needed to accomplish estimates, ensure reports are submitted with sound technical recommendations, and schedule conflict resolution.
- Will work with HR, Safety, and QA to maintain all training and certifications.
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of department staff.
